Fair questions
How much does it cost?+
A flat $39 per claim — however many passengers are on it — charged only once the airline pays your compensation. Seeing what you’re owed — the amount, the legal basis, the strength of your case — is completely free. If the airline tells us it has paid, you get 10 days to tell us the money hasn’t arrived before anything is charged. If the airline never pays, you never pay. We never take a percentage.
How is this different from AirHelp or other claim companies?+
Claim agencies typically keep 25–50% of your compensation as their fee — on a €600 claim, that’s €150–€300 gone. We charge a flat $39, and only on success. On that same €600 claim you keep roughly €560 instead of €390. The airline also pays YOU directly — your money never passes through us.
What flights qualify?+
Flights departing the EU or UK (any airline), and flights arriving into the EU or UK on EU/UK carriers — including from the US. Delays of 3+ hours at arrival, cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, and denied boarding from overbooking. Compensation runs €250–€600 or £220–£520 per passenger depending on distance.
My flight was months ago — is it too late?+
Almost certainly not. Claim windows run years: six years in England and Wales, three in Germany (from the end of the flight’s year), and similar elsewhere. A disrupted flight from last summer is very often still worth €250–€600 per passenger. Checking takes two minutes and costs nothing.
What do I actually have to do?+
Forward your booking confirmation email. We check the flight against EC261/UK261 and show you what it’s worth for free. If you want it filed, say go: save a card ($0 today) and sign one letter that lets us act for you. Then we handle the claim — we write the letter with the facts and evidence, submit it to the airline, chase it, and read their replies. You never talk to the airline. Two exceptions: if the airline asks for a document, we ask you for it; and a few airlines, Ryanair among them, only accept a claim from the passenger — for those we prepare everything and show you exactly what to send.
Two minutes to check. Years to claim. No percentage.
